Workshop

The Department offers regular workshops on mental health and positive psychology for students, parents, teachers, children, officials and organizations. The aim of the workshops is to empower self to lead a meaningful and satisfying life. Workshops offered are:

  • Anger regulation
  • Self-understanding for Effective communication
  • Helping Children with Autism
  • Positive Parenting
  • Suicide Prevention
  • Stress Management
  • Social Skills
  • Mindfulness training workshop for self regulation. Duration: 8 Weeks ( every Thursday -1.5 hours per day) total hours: 12
